# Filipino-speaking Discord servers

Filipino Discord communities are some of the most social on the platform. The tambayan, a casual hangout server where friends drop into voice to chat, sing and keep each other company, is a uniquely Filipino style of community, and many of the best are listed here. Conversations flow in Filipino, Tagalog, Taglish and regional languages such as Cebuano and Ilocano, often in the same channel.

Gaming is a huge part of the scene, led by Mobile Legends (the Philippines is one of the strongest MLBB regions in the world) and followed by Valorant, Call of Duty Mobile and Genshin Impact. Music and singing communities are a highlight, with karaoke nights that can run for hours. Study servers support students preparing for board exams and university, and fandoms for anime, K-pop and P-pop are passionate and welcoming.

Overseas Filipino worker (OFW) and diaspora communities form an important part of this page. Members in the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, North America and Europe use these servers to stay connected to home, and their hours follow many time zones rather than just Philippine Time.

DiscoListing staff reject Filipino listings that promote online gambling or e-sabong, run loan scams, sell accounts or boosting, or allow harassment, and they check that servers with younger members keep interactions safe. For a warm first stop, pair this filter with Hangout or Voice Chat.

Basketball is the other national passion you will meet in these servers. Members follow the PBA, the NBA and Gilas Pilipinas with real devotion, and game nights often bring together people who would never otherwise cross paths in a gaming server.
