Discord Server Reviews: Our Listing Checklist

Learn what staff check before approving a Discord server listing: working invites, accurate descriptions, moderation and content rules, plus review limits.

Every server on the directory was opened by a person before it went live. That is slower than auto-listing, and it is the point: a listing you find here has already passed a checklist.

What a reviewer checks

  1. The invite works and never expires. A broken invite is the most common reason a listing loses visitors.
  2. The server matches its description, tags and category. If you list a Minecraft server under Anime, we will ask you to fix it.
  3. There are rules and visible moderation. A rules channel, roles and active moderators.
  4. No raid, spam or scam behavior. Including fake giveaways and "free Nitro" channels.
  5. Not a selling or advertising farm. Servers that exist only to post ads or sell accounts are rejected.
  6. Not dead. We look for real conversation in the last days.
  7. NSFW content is handled correctly. Adult servers must be age-restricted in Discord and marked NSFW here.

Changes requested vs rejected

Most problems are fixable, so the usual outcome is changes requested: you get the reviewer's note on your dashboard, fix it, and resubmit. Rejection is for servers that break the content policy. A rejected server can be resubmitted after 14 days.

How long it takes

Review time depends on the queue and whether the listing needs changes. Premium listings receive review priority, but they go through the same checklist. Priority is not automatic approval.

Review is a checkpoint

A reviewed community can change later. If the current experience does not match the listing, report what happened from its page. Read our genuine Discord server checklist before trusting an offer or sharing account information.
